How our service works
We are not a pool builder. We are a small introduction service: you tell us about the yard and the pool you want, we look for a natural pool builder who works where you live, and we pass your details on only once you agree.
You describe the project
Your ZIP code, the kind of natural pool you are considering, its rough size, your budget and timing, and how you would like to be contacted.
We find a builder for your state
Natural pools are a small specialism in the US, so we look for a firm that has built plant-filtered or biofilter pools and travels to your area.
We tell you who it is
Normally within one working day. You decide whether we may pass your notes to them. Until you say yes, they see nothing.
Design visit and price
The builder looks at the yard, the soil and the access, and prices a design with you. Signing, paying and any warranty are agreed directly with them.
Who we are, plainly
Natural Swimming Pool Builders is a website, not a pool company. We do not design, dig, plant or maintain pools, and we have no tie to any company whose name sounds like ours.
Promises we keep
- We never ask you for money or a deposit.
- Your notes go to one builder, and only after you have agreed to that builder.
- We do not price your pool; only a builder who has seen the yard can do that.
- No newsletters, no offers, no list.
Who pays for this
Each builder we introduce you to pays us for that introduction. It costs you nothing, and you are under no obligation to hire anyone.
About the figures and guidance here
Our prices are typical national ranges taken from published US cost guides, and each page says when the figures were read. They are there to help you plan a budget, not to replace a builder's quote, which depends on your soil, access, size and finish. Notes on barrier codes, permits and water quality are general information drawn from code bodies and federal agencies, not legal advice; your city or county building department has the final word.
